  3. [stats][/stats][stats]As the title says my runescape account is permanently muted, and i'm really upset about it because i haven't made the offences i am muted for! While playing runescape i have always been polite to everyone, so i was staggered when i logged in and found out i was muted. I logged out and checked my offence history. 10.0 blackmarks for just one offence! I inmediatly appealed the offence by telling jagex that i am not the one that is responsible for the blackmarks. After waiting 3 days untill my account was unlocked i was really turned down to see that jagex had denied my appeal! This denial results into being permanently muted. I would be very grateful if anyone had a tip on what to do. i've been muted for breaking rule 1. I apologise for any incorrect language, im dutch and my English isn't perfect.
