I currently have full guthans d axe and 3 mil cash. I have been doing slayer lately but looks like slayer is a dead end none money maker. So help please?

Alright I just sold my full DHaroks as I didn't think it was the best of the barrows armour to use. Right now I have dragon legs, obby cape, obby shield, beserker helm no chest piece I was using veracs bassard but I sold it. So what barrows or what armour should I get I will have about 7-8mil

Alright so I am back to playing haven't played in about 1 year got my members back and I am ready to rock. But I would like to do some of the goals I wanted to do about a year ago. First Goal: Was to 99 at least something so what stat would be the easiest to 99? Preferably not take to much money and possibly the 99 skill make me some money back. Second Goal:Santa Hat that was my one of my huge goals I had a santa in classic so I want it back so what would be the best way to make that dream come true? I don't know if getting a 99 Strength, Attack, or Defense would be easier than any other skill. Just need your guys input on this matter.
