it is not that i cant get the treasure out of the ground but i can get to the spot it is buryed

i got a cordinate clue and i have top get beyond this gate near the outpost but the people say i need a letter from 1 of the major or main houses. i want to end this clue soon because i already had to do legands quest. so if u know what i have to do to get past that door will u please tell me on here or in game name is same but has space.
