Why did you move the bat and the snail? The witch said they were in the right place. you have to move them even though they are in the right place because in order to get other things in the right place you have to move the bat and the snail... Lol... I didn't need to move them and I got it right. EDIT: the way I did the puzzle 1. Blackbird to holding pen 2. Rat to raven pen (north cage) 3. Spider to spider pen (south cage) 4. Lizard to lizard pen (southeastern cage) 5. Rat to rat pen (northeastern cage) 6. Blackbird to blackbird pen. (north cage) :lol: ROFL thats for the first puzzle (for the broom), it was very easy. To get the cat it is a bit more complicated. :shame: That's why I put "purple cat" in the title. :D

If you are after the Purple Cat and you have attempted the puzzle you know how difficult it can be. This is a bit of a rough guide and assumes that the puzzle is the same for everybody. 24 moves and you're on your way. First of all get your compass pointing north so that the puzzle has the holding pen at the top of the map. 1. bird up 2. bat right 3. spider up 4. snail left 5. bat down 6. lizard left 7. rat up 8. bat right 9. lizard down 10. spider right 11. snail up 12. lizard left 13. bat left 14. rat down 15. spider right 16. bat up 17. lizard right 18. snail down 19. bat left 20. spider left 21. rat up 22. lizard right 23. spider down 24. bird down let me know if it works for you.
