I've done it with yew before, I was just looking for more fletching xp and more cash

I've finally gotten my fletching up to 85 for magic longs and planning to cut around 10k logs then fletch and alch them. I've never cut magics in bulk before so I need a good place to do that and also would it be worth the 1.2 mil for a d axe?

Im currently 62 thieving and want to get to at least 75, my current method is stealing from knights in ardge but I'm getting caught a lot. Is there a better way to train?
