Just a slight miscalculation...it's marked as 17 on the summoning skill guide, but it's actually 23 (22.66)

Actually I've seen this happen too but the rock is "permanently" exhausted...it's not just out of ores. It only seems to happen to one rock in the Al Kharid mine, I haven't seen it happen elsewhere...yet.
