I'd have to check but I'm almost positive that the geyser titan range bonus is a visible one(like using a range pot) and you have to talk to him to get it. So yes, it would stack but you couldn't use a range pot on top of the bonus(using the bonus then range pot would be the same as using a range pot by itself)
