I've done all the F2P quests and about 5 or 6 of the mems only ones, and i only became a member recently. I have pretty much a high enough level in most skills, well rounded. Thanks for any help

My clue scroll leads to a piece of land near this waterfall, and it requires me to swim to it but every time i try it drowns me and i go back to the bottom of the river. Please help!
