    i feel that there is no point to getting a skill cape unless there is a legit reason behind it. why spend many hours for a cape? if u were doing it on a skill which makes u money fair enough but y spend 5 or so mil on a cape? for a pat on the back from your fellow rs peers? waste of what ever it cost you.
