How long 1 dose of strength potion last? Is it random time? Will your strength constantly be reducing by 1 after took the dose? I want to know how worth it is for exp lv up, not for pvp, please tell me if you know the number.

Bolded ones should be in F2P. Not too sure about the first one but the 2nd one near the hobgoblin mines should be easy to find. I have been around hobgoblin mine for hours, but still don't find the Gaol music. Is the music still available for f2p any more?

Hi, is any one here know percisly how to unlock these two music? -Cavern - Deadly red spiders in Wilderness, Yanille Agility dungeon -Cavern - Yanille Agility Dungeon, high level Wilderness Dungeon -Cavern: Found in the easter ruins of wilderness -cavern Eastern Ruins in Wilderness -Gaol - North of Wilderness Bandit Camp -Gaol - Gu'Tanoth (the Ogre city south of Yanille) -Gaol: (No, not a misspelling) This is found southwest of the hobgoblin mines in the wilderness. -gaol Southwest of Hobgoblin Mines in Wilderness I have been trying so many time but still unable to unlock.
