What would be the best set up for a spirit warrior task?

From lvl 80 - 99 I did yew longbows. Got about 100k an hour and 1M xp a day. Got 99 in like 10 days.

So I'm looking at the woodcuttig guide and notice that if I string a rabbits foot I might get a better chance at getting bird's nests. WRONG! I went 175k xp dry while wearing it when I usually don't wear one and get about 5 nests an hour. WTF!!??

I heard that it will be realeased it February - March. Maybe June - July. Hopefully not though. Hopefully earlier. I just can't wait to see what it will be.

So over the past few days, I just started to play runescape again. So I go into my regular cc begin to talk to people and they say a new skill is coming out. So I try to find some more information about it and they say it's going to be F2P. If it is going to be F2P how in the world will it be Archaeology? I'm just wondering if anyone else has heard anything on this new skill or not and if it truely will be F2P.

I just want a way to train combat stats and collect the ores for smithing. I'll have a load of miths already and I'll just need to buy coal.

We need some stronger monsters in F2P. I go and kill the Lesser Demons in level like 48 wildy all the time and fear I'm going to get crushed by Rev's. Then I go to Roach Soldiers and they're too easy! I think that F2P needs a stronger monster for some training.....

What F2P monster can I kill that drops good amounts of Mithril Ore?

They wouldn't hurt to have. They are easy to get so they stack quickly. Plus xp is xp no matter how you get it. :

I do like the rune (g). But not sure yet.

Im not going for a show off look. I just want armour that looks good and i can enjoy. Im thinking rune(g) and getting the gold boots and gloves (today is my last day of membership).

COD4 is better. The only good thing about WaW is that the guns are cool. But the maps are terrible! COD4 has good guns and good maps. So I think 4 > WaW.
