i did Everything! no exaggeration! reinstalling, Java option, tools and checked java, tried new javas. nothing works :(

Well, I posted this somewhere else, but, thing is, I desperately need help. :( My runescape does not work. Here's the problem, I type in runescape at the address bar. click free users. I've looked everywhere for a solution, sadly, I cannot find one. :( When I try to log in, the new java sun logo comes up and loads, then the runescape screen goes white and has a little error code in the top left corner. I have tried everything- uninstalling Java, reinstalling, new Explorers (opera, Firefox) Nothing worked. someone please help me by giving me a solution to my problem! :cry:
