      On the front page of the forums, near the bottom and where it shows who's online, there's a link that reads "The Moderating Team"... Follow that and use any red or green name on the following page, except for Silverion who usually isn't reachable that way.

       

      You can also select this line below and drag it onto an empty spot of your tab bar to get there as well...

      Also, failing the above, you can probably just start a thread regarding your problem in the "Forum Suggestions&Updates" board, or whatever similar name it has. (I'm trying to dodge a couple of mental references while typing.)
