You could try using a truncated dildo. The best part is that you don't even need to pay for the surgery if you can do the stitches yourself. My cousin did that. It looks alright. I agree that bigger is better, but a 24 cm diameter is just way too big to be realistic. From my experience, anything bigger than a golf ball gets really uncomfortable pretty quickly.

I hadn't changed the sheets on my bead for probably about 2 months until about 10 minutes ago. It was starting to give me a pretty nifty case of backne. I didn't realize how slimy the old sheets were until I put new ones on. I feel so clean right now
