whats leecher mean? and I will be around 60range and i seen youtube guides say lessers at 60 but i don't know whether it's the quickest & cheapest way.

I am 40 range but only free 2 play... Once im in the high 50's could i go to lesser demons with steel arrows at about 57/58?? Or would i have to use mith? Or not train on them at all? Best way to get to 70 range via f2p? What arrows and what creature?
