Dahhhhhhhhhhh Thats not the question. I'm not asking about getting drops that a monster does not have . but getting thier best drops.

Does it help to get the best drops from a moster to kill it real fast. What is the best way to get the best drops? What does Runescape say about that? I have not seen it to make a difference but there is a lot of opinions saying that the faster you kill them the better the drops but no facts to support that. I'm looking for facts to support it one way or the other. Not more opinions.

What is the plank for in the quest? I had it everytime it said to and never used it. Also I think that there should be some mention that even though you can use a bow to start fires you still need a tinderbox for the catapult part. A bow is all you need if you have completed the Barbarain Miniquest part until the catapult part of the quest.
