  1. hacked & can't restore

    Hi My son's account was hacked & the hacker actually ask to borrow money from me as he was online using my son's ID yesterday. We didn't retain our early transaction IDs so we are being denied when we ask for our account back but how can I get this theif offline? There is no way to use the payment source as a way to obtain your ID back and no way to contact this company any ideas?
