What would help me kill Black Dragons faster? Whip and Dragon Defender or Zamorakian Spear?

Alright I have about 6 left. I'll start using Fire Cape after this task. Yea, I use torso.

Because I could just buy Tassets and when I have the rest of money for Turm I could just resell Tassets. True, it's just bandos is dropping pretty hard right now. You could probably rebuy it later for much lower. Torso+fire cape > prossy+sw cape for slayer. Oh, and add a rapier in the mix. I use SW cape with Torso because I always use Piety so I don't want to waste too much on pots. I'd love to get a Rapier but my computer is bad so if I go into those big worlds I'd lag extremely bad. According to bladewing, "are you saying that veracs and proselyte has more strength bonus than bandos? because last time i checked prayer bonus doesn't help you kill monsters faster. bandos + fire cape is the best armor and cape for melee slaying on every task but waterfiends. they use more prayer potions (15 doses of prayer potion, worth 24k gp, per hour vs. proselyte, verac's skirt, and SW cape), but they actually help you kill monsters faster. technically overloads are always the best to use. however if you do any amount of boss hunting, even if you used the overload method to 99 herb, your overload stock will inevitably be depleted. my personal choice is to use overloads whenever i am cannoning and meleeing, like black dragon tasks, bloodvelds, etc. and to use extremes on uncannonbale tasks." But your gear is fine. So with Torso and V skirt should I use SW cape or Fire Cape? At the moment I use the few Extremes I have. Once those run out I'll either try to make more or just use Supers.

I was thinking the defense that V skirt gives is worth more than the Tassets' strength bonus. I'm not sure. What do you guys think? So should I sell the DFS and Berserker, and get Tassets again, or sell DFS, keep Berserker and buy a Verac's skirt, then save up for Tassets like [spoiler=Last_to_Kn0w said? ] DFS is useless especially considering you have access to super anti fires. I thought you decided on fury, tassets and berserker. What happened to that, it sounded good. Exactly, get rid of the DFS, get a ddefender if you dont already have one, and get a fury/verac skirt. Save your extra money until you can afford tassets. I sold them because they look like they are crashing so I don't want to lose money. But I'll the experts decide, I'm not good at this.

Alright so I sold Claws and bought Fury and Tassets. I have 2m left over so I'm going to start saving up to buy Berserker Ring. Thanks for all the help.

I would love to get Turmoil but I only have a 40m bank which you see in that picture :(, and it will cost me about 130m. So I'm going to sell Claws, get Fury, Berserker, and Verac's skirt until I make another 5m or so for Tassets.

Yea I do the herbs and kingdom every day. I like fury better, but I saw claws drop like 10m so bought them. Hope they go up a little bit. I want to save money so by the time I'm maxed melee I hope to have enough for 95 prayer. That's why I'm looking for like the best slayer gear I can afford right now.

01/01/11 Any changes I should make? 01/01/11 I sold my Tassets and now have a DFS and Berserker Ring. Should I sell DFS, and buy Verac's skirt? If so, what should I buy with the rest of the money. I also have 450k cash left. 12/31/10 Well I just started playing again and I want some advice on what gear I should get. Not sure if I should keep my D Claws or sell them and get my Fury back. Should I get a DFS or something else. This is my gear. Any tips are helpful.

When in doubt, use a titan. Alright I'm going to look into how many charms I need to reach 79 summoning. I've read before that Fire Titan is the most useful of the 3 Level 79 ones, is that true? Thanks for the helb :) it depends on what type of xp you want. Oops I meant thanks for the help. And I want defensive experience. Also what do the scrolls for the Titans do?

Well from what I read it seems like I'm going to sell my Guthans and BSS and I'm going to buy BCP and a Veracs skirt. What's a good combat familiar for defense? I have 2.2k crimson banked hoping for a Bonus xp weekend to blow them all, but if It doesnt come out soon I'm just gonna use them.

Abyssal Whip Full Guthans Slayer Helm Fire Cape Fury Blessed Spirit Shield Barrows Gloves Dragon Boots Ferocious Ring or Ring of Slaying Always have a Bunyip on me unless it's a Dragon task in which case I have a War Tortoise All I do is train Slayer and occasionally go to Fight Pits, so I want to know if what I have is good for slayer, or if I can upgrade to Bandos or something better. This is what I have. I have 30m cash to spend. If stats are needed they are in my signature. Please leave some suggestions.
