found her finally after logging out again & changing worlds...stupid glich

HELP!!!!! I used the winch & brought ana up top, however she never appeared in my inventory & she's not in the mine anymore...i've searched all the barrells up top & in the mine...any idea's? i've also tried logging out & in again...she's just not there
