they are very dangerous for people lower than level 70 but we can't attack them that is unfair and we die by an enamy that we can't even attack and then we lose valuble items that we have to buy all over again like a cycle.

well i think skill cape is better because as a reward of the quests they give u exp for other skills then u might be a high level already
