I dont understand something.... If we f2' have skills, and we f2p can reach 99 in skills why we cannot have capes of the skills that we got and the skill masters than we saw?? Is ridiculus that we cannot have an achivement cape! So if we can reach 99 i dont see why we cannot have skill capes
