Actually there are some locations that require quests, and unless you've done them, the Spirit trees won't teleport you there. So all the quests mentioned in this guide are certainly gonna make your Evil Tree hunting experience a lot They will give you a notice whenever you can't go to the location, I've done all the quests so I dunno what they say exactly.
