Hi, Ive had the same problem like him since May 25th 2008 or 2007 I do not exactly remember the Year. I have the Latest Java Latest Windows Updates Latest Browsers and my Computer can Handel the game because before it stopped working it was running lag free. I have Cogeco Cable Inc. High Speed Internet. I asked my Bro about our Network settings He said he can't block it at all and Ive tested it out on every computer in my House it still wont (I disabled the Firewall to try it all on them but still no...) It only works with another ISP like Telus or Bell or Rogers. My Error is Cannot Display Page....
