Back in '07 I remember the best being that desert camp where the guys would attack you if you were wearing a sara/zamorak item, and you could just let them beat on you, or pest control. Is this still the case?

since the trading restriction/grand exchange happened? I've quit since then, and now have a sudden urge to come back. I know PvP worlds exist now, but how do they work? And what else?
