How does it all work? I'm kinda new to the entire concept. A little help, please

Thank you, I've been starting slayer. I don't worry too much about gear costs, I mine large amounts of pure ess when i read. It works.

I want to train combat but I don't know where to do it. My combat levels are 29 attack, 23 strength, 25 defense, 30 hp, 18 prayer(I can take care of this one), and 5 Slayer. Any tips?
