  1. fletching gets you minimal-zero profit on the way to 99 ( no loss), often mistaken as the easiest 99

     

     

     

    cooking costs you 3mil for 99, 10mil will get you there faster

     

     

     

    firemaking costs you 2-3mil for 99

     

     

     

    Woodcutting gains you millions, and is also pretty fast.

  2. I am 100% for F2P players having access to all non-member skillcapes. Almost every skill that is available to F2P is harder in F2P worlds (excluding Firemaking and Woodcutting). Smithing would be an example as well, but making money in F2P can be much more difficult. Other than the money issue, Smithing xp rates in F2P are pretty much the same in P2P.

     

    (Woodcutting in p2p is actually much faster because of teaks and eucs, less crowding, and the dragon hatchet.)

     

    dont forget sacred clay hatchet :)

     

     

     

    as well as extra bank/ge space is a small help for all skills

  3. Do F2P not have a similar (buyable) cape? I'm not really an expert on combat/armours

     

     

     

    Simple Solution (which i know jagex wont do, but still) would be to add a cape with similar stats to F2P, perhaps Costing a few mil? (to balance P2P)

  4. Lets Keep it simple. F2P want updates because they feel they contribute to Jagex more than P2P which is an obvious lie, and the P2P agreement is plain and obvious, you want to play the whole game, than you must pay. Runescape F2P is simply put, a nonending DEMO. and they should be thankful for that!

Secondly, surely when a f2p gets 99 in all skills he will have completed f2p cos by the time you have 99 mining, fishing, woodcutting and the combat skills (even at level 3 you can kill cows tan there hides and sell them on the ge) you can afford to buy anything f2p like rune (t) and Rune (g). Even if you include mini games and pvp you are going to get bored after awhile.

     

     

     

    Even jagex say theres 15,000 hours of free gameplay, which is ALOT but its still ending.

     

    No RPG has any set ammount of gameplay, 15000 hours of gameplay is just finishing all the quests and all 99 skills.

     

     

     

    However thats excluding the extra value most/some people get from a game when they "finish" it, eg, going around showing off your 99's, playing minigames with your insane stats, etc.

     

     

     

    Therefore F2P is nearly endless, as 15,000 hours in the first place is 2 years anyway :o

     

     

     

    Btw i think skill capes should be F2P items obtainable on members servers, like Maple logs

    And you have to bank often and fight for limited space near banks.

     

     

     

    This spellbook cannot even be taken seriously, the spellbook itself is riddled with grammatical and spelling errors,furthermore there are problems with the spellbook being too overpowered, for example dim, the spells also need more clarification on their effect,dim namely. Now, you also have taken spells from other spellbooks and just renamed them! Also, the spells meant to protect you from pjers would be so overpowered, it would make it unfair for the pjers who try to pk 26kers,whom are becoming a growing problem. Also, your spellbook just makes things ridiculously easy. I'm not gonna give evidence for it because this should be fairly obvious, I teleport to draynor and then cast "sharpen axe",which should be hatchet, woodcut for 10 minutes then teleport to karamja(Where on karamja? Who knows! You certainly don't mention a specific link to the pre-existing telespot,or even which telespot you would use!) then I go to shilo village and cast the spell that increases fishing "stun fish" fish for ten minutes, use a home teleport tab to get to edgeville then start to train construction, after the 10 builds are completed, I go back to draynor and wait 5 minutes and then just repeat the process. Thanks, but this seems slightly over-powered. Now, lets move on to another problem,experience. I think you mentioned experience four times in your whole orginal post. How much exp do these spells give? You decided to post something that is very difficult, I understand that a lot of work HAS been put into this,however, it is lacking in quite a few areas which are very vague.

    Do you mean a 3x3 area? A 2x2 area is only four logs.

     

     

     

    Why don't you try making a spellbook yourself?

     

     

     

    And your own post has quite a bunch of spelling and grammatical errors.

     

     

     

    "Gonna" is not a word. After a comma, you need a space. Same for brackets.

     

     

     

    Not to be nitpicky, but I like this spellbook very much and clearly the creator has put in a lot of effort to make it.

     

    8.5k for 1k firemaking exp. Not too bad in my opinion...

  6. This is my log for how much money i have made per day Through "merching" at the Grand Exhange (buying min or med, sell at med or max), and once I'm done with an item i'll post it at the bottom somewhere for upcoming "merchers" to have a go

    About My Method

     

    [hide=]It takes quite a large startup pile of cash, i started at 2.5mil making around 90k profit per cycle, though if you feel 40k profit a day for no effort (but having to go to GE every day to collect and startup again) then you could probably start with 1mil, otherwise i reccomend Pure essence or flax/bowstrings to get to where you want[/hide]

     

     

     

    June 5th (earliest record i have) 4mil aprox, a few days before membership ran out so i stopped merching till June 20th or so.

     

     

     

    June 23rd - 5.143 mil cash or in Grand exchange waiting to buy or sell, around 400k in "item" which is almost ready to sell in my bank, and i just spent 150k on full mystic for Training mage :)

     

     

     

    June 24th - 5.74mil cash, 500k ready to be made and sold

     

     

     

    June 26th/27th - 6.46mil cash, 300k readu to be made/sold

     

     

     

    June 28th - Invensted in dragon hatchet (for woodcutting) and luckily it went up! will sell in a few days, tryingto check cash now :) 5.7mil cash + Dhatchet worth 1.8mil (and on the rise). add in my full rune and Mystic and thats 8mil :o

     

     

     

    June 29th, sold Dhatchet, 8.344MIL cash :o

     

     

     

    July 6th - 8.6mil, 600k in "product" :) ( side note << 97 fletching)

    300x3.5 = 1050 PER BONE at altar, 28K+ per trip?

     

     

     

    Thats fastest exp in the game ;) averaging at like 400k per hour?

     

     

     

    turn down to like 170 or something, still way to much but less.

     

     

     

    And yes i know they'll cost like 50k on the ge

  8. You can list me as support, but seriously I really really doubt jagex will do this

     

     

     

    new F2P quest doesn't mean massive expansion for f2p (unless this is part of MMG's F2P upgrade year)

Sorry to be negative, first of all, there are some great idea in there but they all have potential over-power uses, plus F2P idea just reduced its likeliness by 99% (for instance, the prayer restorer one can be used in TzHaar pits to give Infinity prayer (basicaly) Piety/chivalry would be over used etc

     

    Not sure if super alchemy is in the revised spell book, but was a terible idea because it would ruin high alching (GE prices are fixed to be min cannot go below = hi alch value + 250ish)

     

    Drop item sounds too un-ingamey, make it Called Group-Alch or something which is bad exp and gives low alch value for up to 10 items at a time

     

    Quest focuses too muc around minigames? if you already have those then from what i read its a fast quest :)

     

    F2P quest = Hasn't happerned since 2002. Goodluck getting runescape to break a 7 year run?
