so dragon axe is faster?

Heres my thread for all my goals, most notably my aim to try and get 99 in every skill. [about ibxtoycat] I've been playing runescape for 6 years, on and off, through 4 different accounts (+ 2 clones from when multiple account trading was allowed) of which only 2 still exist (IBXtoycat - current and X-plosion10 - old with 71 mining) Mining and smithing used to be my favourite skills but now its construction thats my favourite. I am quite a rich player by most people standards (110m+) i own a small flash game website http://tcxgames.com play it while your doing rs stuff, and that sort of thing, it really helps me out :) Anyway, I'm a mildy hardcore RS player, (12 hours+ a day, most days) and i like to achieve things. Goals: (in order of ambition) (bold = done) 99 ALL SKILLS 200M in a skill Max cash stack Full mask set 2000 total level 99 farming, runecrafting slayer and agility 120 dungeoneering 99 all combats 5 99's List of 99's: 2/24(25?) Many 99s are similar in more ways than immediately obvious Basic Combat Group: Attack Strength Defence Ranged Constituion Advanced combat group (high cost): Magic Prayer Summoning Gathering skills (low exp, high profit, or med exp no profit) Woodcut Mining Hunter Fishing Charcater development skills (no use besides all round situations) Agility Firemaking Pound the hours into skills: Slayer Runecrafting Farming Dungeoneering working on where i'm going with this....
