Will lower it slightly, But bare in mind its a "minority cape" I think at the moment there is < 10,000 players who CAN get it, and i think about 20-30% will actualy get it. But then i doubt they will risk in PVP as their "one item" as 3M could be spent on better stats elsewhere.

Could be considered unviable but to power-train eucs that BIT faster, teleing to MA saves around 4 seconds per load (more if you use spell, not ring) And at 5k exp per invent, 2600x4 = 10,400 seconds saved on the way to 99? Maye i did some maths wrong but thats 3 hours :D

Why the double requirements? All the bold ones are included in the other quests. Why not have the quest cape as a requirement instead of the separate quests, since its a master cape it would make sense. Add have completed the champion challenge and have a fire cape. Needs more detail on obtaining and reduce the attack, prayer, range and strength bonuses, plus 10 yea plus 20 is too great for a single item. I said it includes sub-requirements, kinda on thre so people don't go "NOT ENOUGH QUESTS" I don't think the idea of a unfixed requirement works for jagex, like what if you have the cape, start it, and then lose the cape to new quest? Also since It will hopefully be a quest that would make it a pointless requirement.

did you compare them to my stats? I have only 1 of the requirements ... Anyway, at first i was thinking all 99's but when you consider what a tiny minority of the game that is it wouldn't be worth it. Like having a 200Mil experience guild...

actualy in theory no skill has an optimal exp rate/hour, besides maybe the resource skills. For instance construction can be trained with mahogany for 133mil or oak for 100 mil, does the 33 mil mean a lot varies that. Cooking, Sharks for 5mil+ loss or tuna for 1mil loss? prayer, ecto or gilded :lol:

Actualy holiday items are both holiday and discontiuned. I'm gonna try buy one when they make 26king bannable, thats when everything wll go downhill (temp) before the big rise.

Don't mean to sound but a jerk, but duh, lol, also you could post it on the RSOF(Runescape Official Forums), but since it's fletching there might not many people there. All I did for mine was get friends together, level, get cape, do some emotes, and then we went off again. A good idea would be after the level, go to cwars or something and have fun. isn't really that much "fun" on runescape for me :( Besides leveling and the occasional quest
