The problem is restricted to RS, although I don't play many other games that require graphics as high as RS HD.

I downloaded and installed the drivers, however still no luck. :\ Would buying a new graphics card solve it?

Well, it used to work without problems. I am updating drivers through the control panel. Is that correct?

Browser changes didn't work. Java removal and reinstallaltion didn't work either. :\

I 'have the most up to date version of Java', unless I am updating it incorrectly.
