where r armoured zombies?

hello tip.it and runescape users. i have started playing runescape once again and i am needing help. what i am needing help on is, what to train for exp for money or without doesnt matter. since ive started playing again ive made some money so if guthans is needed i will buy anyways. heres the stats combat 94. att 70 str 86 def 70 hp 79 i want to get 90 strength for now and i was at the giant spiders but that took along time and get nothing in return. any and all suggestions will help.
