i understand and its confirmed that i have to wait 4 hours after i bought the item, then i can sell it back to GE but how about vice versa like selling then buy? its still 4 hours too then i guess i should buy, then sell, cuz order is messed up when i sell and buy at same time

Fairy Tale part 2, i just need to use the fairy rings for seers diary. and i do not meet the requirements for farming and herb which are lvl 49 and 57 respectively but Tip.it has said "NOTE: You do not need to meet the Farming, Herblore and Thieving skill requirements to gain access to the Fairy Rings. You only need to be able to start the quest." does this mean im safe from wasting mils on herblore?? :thumbup:
