How much does it cost to buy the bones to peaches spell from the magic training arena (price of the runes, not how many points i need) I will be using the lvl 5 enchant (lvl 68 one)

Well before it does get locked, answer me this. If i did this would i get banned? temporarily or permanently? I'm just asking so that this doesnt happen to my account.

Hello, I was just wondering, could I leave my character overnight at Bandits with full Guthans and a ring of life? Or is it breaking some sort of rule? Thanks in advance :)
