I think you need to reassess your figures. From what it looks like you're saying that it takes 1 minute to get 42 dragon bones. That's saying that you can kill a blue dragon in 0.7 seconds. I'd imagine people are also banking hides, so 42 bones would take twice the amount. Now noting the re spawn time, amount of dragons, and other players, along with the time per kill, what your saying is not feasible in the slightest bit. I would have to say a closer estimation might be 1m/hr.
