Are there any 'Tank' clans out there? Like defense pures, ranged tanks, mage tanks, summoning tanks ect? We seem to be a rare breed.

*sigh* I didn't say I wanted it for combat, I want a break from skilling all day. I'm training on the elemental wizards south of falador which allows me to use combat skills to gain mage xp without hp xp... ... I'm starting to not like this community much.

Yeah, I just did a little search and mind shield/helmet give awsome mage defence for lvl 1. Yeah, I am. Errr, forgot to mention I am a mage pure #-o Well get 40 range? Its so easy to train... Or d'you mean you only want to keep 10 hitpoints? Well, in that case just wear zamorak bottoms which is one defence and magic top and hat. DO PEOPLE NOT READ AT ALL!?#?!? MAGE. PURE. FFS. Question is in the title, right now my mage defence is +31... and I am a mage/skill pure, not PvP. Any suggestions? Money isn't an issue. I'm P2P also. Mage is level 9.

No problem, best of luck with getting 55 : . Don't froget that you can switch to any other air spell if training is getting too slow (I.e. bolt or blast if you feel like wasting a lot of money :roll: ). Aha money isn't really an issue. I started out skilling :thumbsup:

It is? I thought they increased the logout timer so you can train while reading forums :? I didn't mean AFK as in "Click and walk away for hours on end". Maybe I should have reworded that.

Alright, here's the situation: I have 1 defense, and I'm looking to train mage, but I don't want to get HP. I don't feel like doing cursing to 55 because it's so boring, at least I can AFK air strike. The problem is that I can't find a monster with high magic defense to train on. I've tried the caged lesser demon at the top of the Mage Tower south of Draynor, but I ended up hitting a 1. Guards are a no go. Right now my mage bonus is -59, which is full iron, iron boots and worn-out iron gauntlets. Oh, and I'm P2P :thumbsup: Two questions: 1) Where is a good place to train mage, with air strike without hitting? 2) What can I do to get lowest possible mage bonus, without gaining attack/strength/defence/ranged/hp levels. I know, seems hard, but I'm sure you guys can figure it out :D :thumbsup: :pray:
