I've been ranging the hobgoblins for the last 10 levels, I got 4600 to go til 70. I was wondering if there is anything quicker, if that guide may be outdated. Also im interested in leveling from 70 on .. so my 2 questions are: From lvl 57 to 70 is there something quicker the hobgoblins (dont care about drops) and the fastest training 70 on.

Currently 56 ranged, Want to know fastest way to level up from here. All advice appreciated.
