I think that the completionist cape would be completly doable if it wasnt for the following requirements:
~5k castle wars games (Thats like 1/3 a year of playing cwars I think) Jagex can't honestly believe that people (With only a bit of time on their hands) would actually spend a significant part of their lives playing all these games to earn a simple cape. I understand were not being forced to play 5k games and its our choice, but it does make the cape seem like a huge time waster. Especially when such time can be devoted to other skills or quests or even things in real life. Like STUDYING.
~All music tracks unlocked (arent there some tracks that were only available through holiday events. Such as "Diango's little helpers" from the 2005 xmas event? Will those be counted? Is there a way to unlock them after the event? Or is it unlocked already even if the player never participated in the event?)

I'm actually glad you can't give multiple people vengeance, I'd hate to be playing soulwars and be rushed by a grave rush team of vengeance boosted players. X_X
Actually, I think we just confirmed that it's the latter - giving a group Vengeance...
"Vengeance Group is a Lunar spell released with Livid Farms on 4 April, 2011. It casts Vengeance Other on up to 30 players within a 3x3 square around the caster. When activated, all players around the caster receive the effect of vengeance. It has a cooldown of 30 seconds."

Ok some good suggestions here. Although I don't plan on tanking or doing slayer dart, I was going to rely completly on black salamander since all I can really afford to wear is a rune plate, d legs, glory, obby cape, helm of neitiznot and d boots. Until I can get some decent cash for some good armor and weapons I'm just going to stick to this style.
One last question, what are the odds of getting any piece of barrows armor assuming I kill all the brothers?

At these stats, will I be able to do barrows without a problem?
I also just recently finished desert treasure and got ancients.
I'm working on prayer, however money is extremely tight. What bones should I buy on a low budget?
Also other tips/advice on merchanting?

Well personally I'm combining herb runs (Chaos Druids) with Manage thy Kingdom (All herbs, 5 on maples) and I plan on selling all my herbs/seeds/nests.
I'm thinking of selling my stuff on the Sunday of that week since I've heard about how everything crashed last year two days before the weekend. I just want to be safe by selling a bit early just in case everything crashes early.
What are you guys doing? Collectors, when are you selling? Skillers/Fighters what are you training?
I also have no Idea what to train on that weekend.

Farming herbs can be done every 1.5 hours and should use magic secatures, supercompost, and a scroll of life. Later farming jujus should be added to this. 8 runs a day at ~100 k profit per run for toadflax doubles you bank in a day.
Your herblore is low, clean the herbs before you sell them.
Work on the stats for the quests
My Arms Big Adventure (disease free herb patch)
Fairy Tale 1/2/3 (magic secatures/watering can and use of fairy rings without a dramen staff)
Blood Runs Deep (450 k prayer experience if prayer is over 70)
Void quests (100 k prayer exp, elite void, korasi's sword)
Nomads Requim (70 zeal~=180 k prayer exp, SW cape)
While Guthix Sleeps (400 k prayer exp)
All of those should keep you busy for a while.
If you're looking to profit don't do slayer as at your stages your cashpile will stay static at best. Wait until you're ~80's in combat stats as well as at least 70 prayer with piety unlocked and a decent cashpile that you don't care about diminishing a little (say around 50 mil).
Lastly, once you get your att/str/def to 80 and 70 prayer you can do DG inbetween herb runs to work long term on getting a chaotic rapier.

What Kind of money making/Monster hunting/Time wasting things to do on runescape. I'm mostly looking to get some cash as the Manage thy kingdom minigame is the only thing getting me by nowadays.

Hey! im aerandir and i had a question. Due to free trade, prices, and skilling. i have run out of $. i have 76 attack/80 strength/75 defence/73 range. Not sure how to make money with my stats. Please help!
Kingdom managing minigame can get you a bit of cash. Manage Thy Kingdom Guide
Slayer tasks can get you some cash, but thats usually with tasks given by masters better than Vannacka. But the possibilities of clue scrolls, herbs, half keys etc are still there.
But I'm in the same situation, I'm using money from Manage thy kingdom to get me by until I can start on GWD/TD/DKs etc... and make money that way.
