Oh, the festive season. Turkey dinner, carol singers, and let's not forget presents beneath the tree! Christmas is my favourite time of year. There's snowmen on every street, and children have snowball fights on the road. In the spirit of this festive occasion, it's nice to all have a big, jolly party, to enjoy this wonderful time of year. My first party hosted on these boards (though not my first party ;D) will be a festive, wintery christmas party. Where? This map shows our planned event schedule. First, we will congregate at the Ardougne docks. When all party guests have arrived, we will march in a big train to the first event of the day, the costume competition (details later in post). From there, we will enter the gnome stronghold, and split into two groups. Group one will go for a match of gnomeball (still dressed in their costume competition clothes!), whereas the other group will grab a drink or two and spectate the game. When? The event will be hosted on the 27th of December (That's this sunday), at 7pm GMT. Costume competition: The contest will have 2 categories: Yellow on the map: Best christmassy character! The winner will not be someone who just shoves on a santa costume and says, "santa clause!" There are plenty more ideas you can have, and here's a few suggestions. Reindeer: Reindeer antlers, yakhide armour. Snow queen: white elegant, tiara Grinch: Hallowe'en mask, santa outfit, adamant claws. Blue on the map: Least Christmassy costume! The idea's simple, really. Dress up in something that's completely the opposite of christmas, such as black mystic with a fire battlestaff. Green on the map: This is where the contest winners will be announced. Hope to see you there!
