I was watching a video and in it a guy said that the agility skill was nearly useless. This got me thinking: "How can you improve the agility skill?" One of my ideas is that you can integrate agility into combat. For example while attacking a monster you can train agility and one of you combat stats. For Defense it'll be something like "Feint" or "dodge" For Strength it'll be something like "Counter" where you have a chance to do extra damage For Attack it can be something like "super effective hit" (loss of words) Rangers can benefit from this as well, but they would use this system defensively. This will require combat to be more interactive than before, instead of point and click you can interact within the fight to feint or counter or get a more accurate attack. So there will be some sort interface between you and the selected target that will decide what you do next or you can just set it to auto if you like point and click. I guess timing will be important for this new system. This idea may be taxing on Runescape servers. Also, a critical hit system should be introduced, naturally the more agile you are the better chance you have at doing a critical it to an opponent. Right about now agility is just another requirement for quests and just a requirement for taking shortcuts. Please tell me what you think of this and leave some comments. Thanks for reading.
