there are a few ways i have heard the only 1 that i heard that worked for me was restart but i tried just unpluging my internet i use cable and i used the client which should mean it will work on ie 2 i just open the client and it said page could not be found becuse the internet was not pluged in then i left the client open and pluged the internet back in and click on detect network settings So in numbered step 1) unplug internet 2)open client(ie should work) 3)leave window open and plug ionternet back in 4)click on detect network settings
