What makes you think you were in the top 100. An achievement such as this surely would remained burned into the back of your memory. Regardless, Runewiki seems to only show the FIRST person to achieve 99 in the skill as well as having the FIRST person to reach 200M in the skill(s) Here is the link to the Herblore skill on Runescape Wikipedia.
