When I was charging my penance horn, some people were telling me something interesting, I didn't believe it at first, so I checked tip.it but I didn't found it here. So I tried it by myself and it appeared to be true, When someone is wearing the full penance outfit (fighter torso + penance skirt + penance gloves + runner boots + any penance hat) it recharges 3 prayer points each 60 seconds. Maybe an idea to notice this in the prayer guide and the barbarian assault minigame-guide? Soul
