  1. How Does leveling work?

    O.k so i was looking at the special calculaters and saw the combat lvling one, i was wondering how does the lvling work. it says i can go up 56 range lvls 3 hp or 2 att/str. does that mean i can go up 55 range then 2 str before i level up?
