Jagex is suing a website that makes cheats for various video games, including Runescape. Making those cheats is illegal. That's pretty much all you need to know. what/?? it's illega/?? i cheated once!! will i go to jail?!?!? omg... It's illegal to make cheats for games you don't own, which is what these guys are doing. Simply breaking one of Jagex's rules isn't nearly enough to get you in trouble with the law. i dont tink its illegal to make cheats for a game??
