~~~~ I gathered my gear and went for a test. NO! The bar drops are not nerfed at all. I see you said you wore Ring of Wealth. This explains your bar drops being less than good. Ring of Wealth works to give you a better chance at getting a "rare" drop. Noted Addy Bars from aviansies are "not" a "rare" drop, so, ring of wealth will limit these drops in favor of rare drops. I and many of my friends and friends clans use Archers Ring at Aviansies and enjoy many more bar drops than lost souls relying on a ROW. I sincerely hope this helps you get the drops you want.
