Already got BCP :wink: I am also leaning towards BCP and Verac Skirt..

I have Bandos Tassets, and a Verac Skirt.. I do not know whether to sell or keep the tassets.. Verac skirt has more defense, is LOADS cheaper, and only 2 less strength, but tassets looks so cool. If it were up to you, what would you do?

My combat stats are: 95 attack, 87 strength, 86 defence, 92 hits, 77 range, 94 mage, 69 slayer and 78 prayer. I am only 17 summoning so I have quite a while until I get to Bunyips :mellow: I use Duradel for my master, Slayer Helm/Black Mask -- a must. If you cannot get this, do not slay. The black mask alone will work fine until you get enough points for the helm. Fire Cape/Soul Wars Cape -- the only two that I ever use on melee tasks, though really, just about any cape will do. Torag's Platebody -- good defence, cheap, repairs aren't that expensive Verac's Skirt -- good defence, prayer bonus, no real reason to not use this Dragon Boots, Barrows Gloves -- best overall gloves and best melee boots Abyssal Whip -- see the note next to slayer helm Rune Defender -- see note next to slayer helm Berserker Ring -- +4 strength is a great help, but warrior ring is a decent choice if you can't afford a berserker. If you use Kuradal, Ferocious Ring is a must within her dungeon. Amulet of Fury -- Best amulet for, well, pretty much everything Karil's Top and Skirt -- for when you need magic defence Cannon and cannonballs -- for powering through some tasks. It's expensive, but a huge boost in speed Zamorakian Spear -- for Waterfiend tasks Full Proselyte -- For whenever you need to use prayers (protection prayer or piety) Everything crossed out is what I have. For the cape I have been using a trimmed skillcape as I haven't been able to beat Jad yet. Thanks for the help/

I just started playing again after taking a break in January of 2008. Yes quite a long time since I have played. I am mostly caught up in what has happened since my leave. I currently have around 60M in cash, Guthans, Fury, and a Whip. I want to start slaying a lot more, and would like to know what the best gear now is. I remember it USED to be guthans but now people use some summoning creature, it seems. Do you recommend I keep the guthans or is there now a better way to heal? Is there any other gear that is basically a necessity nowadays? Stats are as follows: 95 Attack 87 Strength 86 Defence 92 Hitpoints 77 Range 78 Prayer 94 Mage 69 Slayer 17 Summoning If you need a noncombat stat for some reason, feel free to ask. I use Duradel.
