    Hello! I have been a member on rs for about a year and recently became poor..... so I had to join the f2p servers again and was wondering what is the best thing to defence train on? (my defence lvl will be 83 soon) I am currently training on giant spiders as i get a few max hits and they don't cause to much damage. If any one has any advice of tips i would be greatful # cheers sekula5 :ohnoes:
