yeah, the abyss is probably fine. it's probably only going to give rock when you are CRAFTING the runes.

I would usually go for a kite shield, becasue when the charge in the Bezerker SHiled is done, you have to recharge it again.

Like everyone else said, the Wilderness Course is the one to go to. Personally, once you hit 70, go to Ape Atoll course. It's not in the Wildy.
