i've got a str pure but i'm not sure if i should bother raising my range past 40 for f2p :/

my current stats are: 54 str, 40 atk, 47 range, 49 hp, 1 def 43 cb i'd have to raise the range lvl a lot to make it effective, right? but idk if that's possible bc i'm pretty much broke w/ just 100k. i've got all the equipment i need but only 1k iron arrows. should i just train str and forget about range? would that be effective as well?
