How many fishermen are there on the fishing platform? Count them 11 I've finished the quests in this area, I'm not sure after what quest this answer changed, but right now it's 0 fishermen for me instead of 11

I tried wearing a pirate's hat instead of a bandada.. worked for me :) (and purple pirate leggings) also the ships were different to me also ^^
