Valkyria

I've been trying to beat Nomad with 3 super restore and 3 sara brew. I also took zamorakian spear and ruby e and diamond e's, using diamonds when frozen. I've always gotten him to berserker mode but always end up dying. I've seen so many posts that taking kyatt w/ Ambush scrolls it should be easy. I'd like know is my way good or bad? I've taken unicorn when tortoise is empty. My food is rocktails. Should I keep it this way or try to use brew/restore and kyatt?
